Dal primo all’ultimo respiro siamo vivi, portare consapevolezza al nostro respiro ci porta al momento presente dandoci la gioia e la forza di godere della nostra vita. Attraverso un Respiro Consapevole possiamo integrare le nostre sensazioni, migliorare le relazioni, sviluppare la creatività, lenire il dolore fisico e diventare più felici di quanto si ritenga possibile.
Il respiro è il nostro legame con la vita. Fino al 75% delle tossine vengono espulse dal corpo attraverso la respirazione. Studi medici hanno dato prova che ansia e ipertensione possono essere alleviate con l’uso di una corretta respirazione diaframmatica.
Schemi di respirazione contratta si creano quando inconsciamente blocchiamo il respiro per evitare l’intensità di una esperienza spiacevole: in questo modo “disattiviamo” le nostre emozioni che vengono archiviate nella memoria cellulare.
Attraverso le intenzioni impareremo a trasformare (sciogliendo e lasciando fluire) questa energia e incanalarla verso obbiettivi che veramente vogliamo raggiungere.
Utilizzeremo la tecnica Transformational Breath che abbina l’uso del respiro consapevole e connesso (corpo) a quello della pratica del pensiero positivo/creativo (mente), per darci una maggiore connessione (spirito).

Max Manfredi è artista di forte intensità ed originalità, amatissimo da un pubblico negli anni sempre più consistente, che l’ha conosciuto attraverso un incessante tam tam (anche sul web) e una continua attività concertistica, non solo italiana. Fra i tanti estimatori, lo stesso De André (che lo definì "il più bravo" fra i cantautori italiani), Roberto Vecchioni (che ne ha recentemente parlato come di "un capostipite, uno che non posso nemmeno limitare con il termine di cantautore: è un intellettuale"), Gianni Mura (che ha definito "Il regno delle fate", una delle canzoni presenti nell’album, "di profonda e spiazzante bellezza, con una metrica preziosa, intarsiata"). Il suo album d’esordio, "Le parole del gatto", ha vinto la Targa come miglior opera prima al Premio Tenco, ma molti altri sono i riconoscimenti ricevuti, come il Premio Città di Recanati alla sua prima edizione ed il premio M.E.I. come miglior solista italiano nel 2005.
"Luna persa" è da più parti indicato come uno dei dischi italiani più belli dell’anno. È un album di una bellezza inconsueta, di grande ricchezza compositiva, poetica e musicale. Contiene una intro e undici gioielli che toccano mondi musicali molto diversi. Come bonus track compare "La fiera della Maddalena" cantata con Fabrizio De André, già presente nel secondo album di Max ma da tempo introvabile.Max Manfredi, uno dei più apprezzati cantautori italiani, sarà ospite il 2 novembre alle 18.30 del nuovo circolo ARCI Pantagruel di Casale Monferrato (AL), in via Lanza 28 (interno cortile), per presentare il suo nuovo disco "Luna persa". L’appuntamento sarà condotto da Luca Rencanati. Ingresso gratuito, con tessera ARCI.

You have the possibility to meet a lot of people and organizations, through social, cultural, artistic and spiritual life.
You can start with karma yoga, and after express yourself, living in a kind of urban community that is made by nomads by heart and is connected with the nature around, that is made also of people from the local community.
The important is that we can enjoy your staying here, in a light.
Eu-topia, (place or community of good live), where the kingdom of the necessity (of one) is intersected with the affirmation of the existence (of all).
Is not dreaming only a different day, is enough to live it.
In the Country of Eu-topia (or of the New World), "every man has the opportunity to be man because nobody has the opportunity to be a monster".
Here the gold is used for making the sewerages and the silver for the night vases...
The children play with the pearls and the banks are sowed like greenhouses of flowers...
The war is not known in the Country of Eu-topia, because there are not army, generals, priests...
The barracks are turned into public schools or creative workshop without obligation of frequency, the churches turned into tavern or cafés to celebrate the parties of the community...
The kings, the masters and the wise in everything... they are animal that not born in the Country of Eu-topia...
When someone has the vocation of the tyrant, of the educator or of the executioner... he will be sent to pick up the four seas and only when he will have completed his work, he can enter in the community, dancing.
In the Country of Eu-topia there are not written laws, neither jails, neither asylums for insane...
Everybody have the right to the political equality, because each is the interpreter of his own community difference.
